We aim to provide the best customer service by tying up and partnering with leading logistic service providers and shipping partners (USPS and FedEx) to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience in receiving the products that you have ordered from the platform.

The shipping charges are $35 for USPS and $50 for FedEx. We make all commercially legal endeavors to ensure that the products are delivered on time. 

By using this platform and/or purchasing a product from this platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this website without modification. We encourage you to read and understand the terms and conditions every time you visit the platform. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this policy, then you are advised not to use, access, or transact on this platform.

Terms Of Shipping And Delivery 

We partner with a third-party logistic provider in order to process shipping and timely delivery of products. We provide the details of the logistic partner, who will process the shipping and the delivery of products ordered by you on this platform. Once the order is placed, the product will be processed and handed over to the logistic partner by us. Our standard dispatch time is 24 hours from the time you place the order. 

You agree and acknowledge that for timely delivery of products, we may inquire or collect specific information about you like your name, delivery address, landmark, area, contact details, etc. You shall ensure that all the information you submit on this platform is true, complete, accurate, and sufficient to reach and identify the actual place of delivery.

You understand that you will bear absolute liability in case of any failure by us in delivering the product due to your failure to provide correct, complete, sufficient, and accurate information at the time of placing an order. It is further clarified that we will not be liable in any manner and at any point in time due to your failure to provide the correct delivery address. 

In case you are not present or available to accept the delivery of the product at the designated place, our delivery partner will make a maximum of three attempts in three days to deliver the products to your doorstep.

If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel the product. We further reserve the right to deduct shipping and delivery charges borne by us while processing the refund after this cancellation. 

While we make reasonable endeavors to ensure that the products ordered by you are delivered in a timely manner, and within the timeline notified to you. You accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of – 

• Logistical issues beyond our control
• Unsuitable weather condition
• Employee lockouts or strike
• Other unforeseeable weather condition
• Political disruption and governmental restrictions

In such events of delay, we shall make reasonable attempts to inform you by writing to your email and contact number registered to us. We disclaim all liabilities that may arise on account of our failure to inform you about the delay in the delivery of purchased products on this platform. 

We shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may arise on account of any delay in the shipment or the delivery of the products. 

Shipping Policy 

• We ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition in the fastest time possible. 
• Although, we strive hard to deliver the products within the given turnaround time. There may be rare instances when an order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. 
• Products that require separate shipping charges will be indicated on the product detail page, and when the order is being placed. 
• We can process only one shipping address per order. If you like to ship the product to multiple addresses, you must place a separate order for each of them. 
• The amount mentioned on the payment page will be the final payable amount of the product.
• Prices are inclusive of all taxes according to the terms and conditions applied. 
• Delivery of an order will be completed when the products are delivered to the address provided to us. 
• The delivery dates mentioned are approximate only. Since we rely on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside of our control. 
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier name and tracking details, so that you can track your order online. 
• By placing an order from the website, you authorize our logistics partner to get in touch with you for any concerns regarding their services. 
• Once applied, customs shall be borne by the customer. For the return of an order, the amount of the custom applied will be deducted from the total refundable amount. 

Bulk Orders 

For bulk orders, shipping costs and taxes shall be paid by the customer. The inconvenience fee will not be refunded to the customer in the event of the return of a delivered order.

Convenience Fee

All orders will be charged the nominal shipping cost of $35 for USPS and $50 for FedEx. A convenience fee depends on the order quantity and area pin code. ‘Classic Medical Store‘ reserves the right to occasionally change/modify the convenience fee.

Customer Support

You can direct any query or concerns regarding the shipment and the delivery of the products as per this policy to our customer support team who can be contacted. 

Amendments And Modifications 

We reserve the right to alter, change, or modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at its sole discretion without giving any prior notice or seeking approval from the customers. Such modified terms and conditions shall persuade these terms and conditions and shall become binding when published online on the website.
